The Opportunity

Join Lorna Jane as an Assistant Store Manager in our vibrant retail environment. This role is pivotal in supporting the store manager and ensuring a seamless customer experience while contributing to the growth of our brand.

Core Duties

• Assist with daily operations, including inventory management and sales floor organization
• Support the store manager in managing staff schedules and training new team members
• Ensure a welcoming and inclusive environment for all customers
• Contribute to achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
• Participate in community events and marketing initiatives to promote Lorna Jane

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail management or a related field preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Demonstrated leadership qualities and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 15 kg (33 lbs)
