Position Summary

Core Duties

• Assist with staff scheduling and training to ensure efficient operation of the store.
• Oversee setup and merchandising activities, including product placement and visual merchandising strategies.
• Manage pack-up and teardown processes at the end of the season, ensuring all items are properly stored or returned.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement store policies and procedures.
• Support customer service initiatives by addressing any issues that arise during operations.

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing customer interactions and team dynamics.
• Adept at handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
