The Opportunity

Create Music Group, a leading music and entertainment company with over 15 billion monthly music streams, is seeking an M&A Legal Intern to join its M&A Legal Group. This internship offers hands-on experience in music-related transactions and corporate legal work, focusing on acquisitions, intellectual property, and corporate compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting in the drafting and review of asset purchase agreements, letters of direction, and other transactional documents
• Conducting due diligence for potential acquisitions
• Supporting the M&A Legal Group with research and analysis on intellectual property and corporate compliance matters
• Collaborating closely with the VP and Director of M&A Legal Affairs to contribute to strategic initiatives

Who We're Looking For

• Current graduate student for Fall 2026
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Able to commit 15-20 hours per week over a 3-month period
• Highly motivated and detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Familiarity with legal research tools and practices preferred
