The Opportunity
Select Specialty Hospital - Nashville is seeking a new graduate physical therapist to join our team. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity for recent graduates to contribute to the recovery and well-being of critically ill patients in need of extended healing and support.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients with various conditions, using evidence-based practices and techniques.
- Create individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs and goals.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physicians, nurses, and other therapists to ensure comprehensive care for our patients.
- Maintain accurate records of patient progress and communicate effectively with healthcare providers.
What We're Looking For
- A recent graduate with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT).
- Prior clinical experience is preferred but not required for new graduates.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
