About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Powerback Rehabilitation in Pittsfield, Massachusetts. Responsibilities

What We're Looking For
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Licensed Physical Therapist in Massachusetts
- Minimum of 0-2 years of experience in the field, with new grads and early career PTs encouraged to apply

Our competitive compensation package includes:
- Hourly rate up to $60.00/hr
- No remote option; this position is based in Pittsfield, Massachusetts
- $15,000 retention bonus for full-time PTs
- $50K new grad incentive bonus for those with 0-2 years of experience
- Modular compensation program available upon request
