The Opportunity

Upstream Rehabilitation is currently seeking part-time Physical Therapists to join our team in Purcell, Oklahoma. This role offers the chance to focus on patient care and advance your career in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy at Therapy in Motion, a part of Upstream Rehabilitation’s network.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients with various musculoskeletal conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for each patient.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for your patients.
• Maintain accurate records of patient progress and communicate effectively with staff, patients, and insurance providers.

What You Bring

• A current license as a Physical Therapist in the state of Oklahoma.
• Experience in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy is preferred but not required for new graduates.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members.
• Demonstrated ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
