The Project Manager will lead and manage the entire life-cycle of assigned construction projects. Responsibilities include pre-development input on design, cost, and schedule; oversight and evaluation of on-site personnel; coordination with Subcontractors; ensuring work proceeds as specified, on budget, and on schedule; and proper completion of all project documentation.
