The Opportunity
In this role, you will drive the performance of our paid social campaigns, ensuring they exceed benchmarks. You'll manage budgets, collaborate with creative teams to refine and launch new ad sets, and present campaign performance to clients. Your goal is to ensure every order brings a positive contribution margin.
What You'll Do
- Optimize Meta & TikTok campaigns to achieve superior performance metrics.
- Work closely with the creative team to iterate on top-performing ads and develop new ad sets, including UGC and founder ads.
- Present campaign performance to clients and propose strategies for upcoming product launches.
- Ensure all steps of the campaign are clearly defined and executed by your team.
- Negotiate high daily spend while maintaining profitability.
Who We're Looking For
We seek a highly skilled Senior Performance Marketing Manager with experience in Meta & TikTok campaigns. You should have a proven track record of driving performance, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work remotely. A deep understanding of conversion optimization and funnel development is essential.
