Position Summary

Downer, a leading provider of integrated services in Australia and New Zealand, is seeking a dedicated Submissions Manager to join our Energy & Utilities business. This role will be based in Sydney, New South Wales, and will focus on end-to-end facilities management and asset lifecycle support services for critical economic infrastructure across various sectors.

What You'll Do

• Manage and coordinate all aspects of submissions to regulatory bodies and government agencies
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in the energy, power generation, oil and gas, and industrial sectors
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, regulators, and internal teams
• Analyze data and prepare reports for management and regulatory submissions
• Oversee project timelines and ensure timely submission of all required documentation

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role within the energy, utilities, or related industries
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and meet tight deadlines
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
