FACILITIES HOUSEKEEPING EXECUTIVE / PROPERTY OPERATIONS at Chinese Swimming Club in Singapore (nationwide) (nationwide)

Position Summary

The Facilities Housekeeping Executive is responsible for the daily maintenance and smooth operation of the Club’s facilities and property. This role ensures that the Club premises, equipment, and assets are maintained in excellent condition, while complying with safety, operational, and statutory requirements.

<h2-Core Duties

• Oversee daily facilities operations, including maintenance, housekeeping, and cleaning of all areas within the Club premises.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards to maintain a safe working environment for staff and members.
• Manage and coordinate the work of cleaning staff to ensure efficient operation and adherence to established schedules.
• Inspect facilities regularly to identify maintenance needs, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for repair services, supplies, and equipment.
• Prepare reports on facility conditions, maintenance activities, and any issues requiring attention.

<h2-Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in facilities management or housekeeping within a similar organization.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and operational standards.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
• Familiarity with cleaning products, tools, and equipment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software for report preparation and record-keeping.
