What You'll Do
- Coordinate apartment turnover inspections and document unit condition
- Schedule maintenance staff and track contractor activities
- Maintain inventory of supplies and materials for renovations
- Prepare units for resident occupancy following the turnover process
- Communicate project status and timeline updates to the team
- Support move-in readiness and final unit walkthroughs
- Keep detailed records of renovation completion and property updates
