The Opportunity

This role involves identifying necessary vehicle service and performing the repair, service, and/or maintenance work. The job has no direct supervisory responsibilities but requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Examine customer vehicles to identify required services or repairs
• Perform repair, service, and maintenance tasks on various vehicle models
• Maintain accurate records of all completed work and associated documentation
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures for safety and quality standards

What You Bring

• Proven experience as a Master Technician or similar role
• Detailed knowledge of automotive systems, including electrical, mechanical, and diagnostic tools
• Aptitude to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and colleagues
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions as needed
