About the Role
We are seeking enthusiastic and dynamic individuals to join our team as a Volunteer Culture & Wellbeing Community Leader/Ambassador. This role involves fostering and leading a local community of experts in culture, wellbeing, creativity, and development. You will be responsible for organizing gatherings, connecting with peers, expanding your professional network, and discovering new opportunities.
Your Responsibilities
- Organize and facilitate regular meet-ups and events to engage the local community
- Foster a vibrant and inclusive environment that encourages collaboration and knowledge sharing among members
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including potential partners and sponsors
- Identify and nurture emerging talent within the community
- Report on activities and progress to the team regularly
Requirements
- A passion for culture, wellbeing, creativity, and development
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- The ability to organize and manage events effectively
- A proactive attitude with a strong desire to contribute to the community's growth
- Experience in networking or event management is advantageous but not mandatory
