Position Summary
Watchtower Water & Fire is seeking a Lead Technician to join our high-performance restoration team in Austin, Texas. This full-time position offers competitive pay ranging from $24-$30 per hour and opportunities for overtime and advancement.
Responsibilities
- Taking ownership of water and fire restoration projects
- Leading a team to ensure project completion within budget and timeline
- Performing quality inspections and ensuring safety standards are met
- Managing client communication and expectations throughout the restoration process
- Providing technical support and guidance to field technicians
- Participating in regular team meetings and training sessions
Who We're Looking For
We are seeking experienced, driven individuals who have a passion for water and fire restoration. Ideal candidates will possess the following qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in water or fire restoration
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate team members
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with industry-standard tools and equipment
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Certifications in restoration, such as IICRC certifications, are preferred but not required
