About the Role

The Bank Agile Product Owner Senior role at USAA is crucial for driving the development and enhancement of our Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC) product. Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate regular sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure smooth project flow.
• Work closely with product managers, business analysts, and other key personnel to define and prioritize user stories.
• Ensure that all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and are aligned with USAA's mission and values.

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in financial services, preferably with HELOC products.
• Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and practices such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in managing product backlogs and prioritizing user stories.
• Adept at analyzing customer needs and translating them into actionable requirements.
• Familiarity with banking products, processes, and regulations.
