Position Summary
Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as a dedicated Tax Expert - TurboTax Store in one of our new TurboTax locations across the United States on a full-time basis. This unique opportunity combines tax expertise, entrepreneurial spirit, and community engagement to help customers navigate their tax needs. As a Tax Expert - TurboTax Store, you will focus on providing exceptional customer service while utilizing your tax knowledge to assist clients with various tax-related inquiries.
Your Responsibilities
- Assist customers in understanding and completing their tax returns accurately and efficiently
- Stay updated with the latest tax laws and regulations to provide accurate advice to customers
- Offer guidance on tax-saving strategies and opportunities for our customers
- Ensure all transactions are completed in a timely and professional manner, adhering to Intuit's policies and procedures
- Participate in community engagement activities to promote Intuit’s brand and services
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Tax Expert or similar role
- Demonstrated knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and software (TurboTax preferred)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities to address complex tax issues
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
