About This Position
We are seeking an experienced Product Innovation & Solution Expert to join our team at Sony in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in HRIS and strong expertise with Workday. You should also possess integration expertise, preferably with SnapLogic or similar platforms.
- Experience in developing solutions using Agile Methodology
- Knowledge of enterprise/solution architecture methodologies
- Experience working with enterprise integration tools
- Familiarity with cloud technologies and SaaS data sourcing
Your Responsibilities
The role involves driving product innovation, developing solutions that align with business goals, and ensuring seamless integration of various systems. You will be responsible for:
- Leading the development of innovative products and solutions

- Implementing robust enterprise architecture to support product innovation
- Ensuring the integration of various systems and tools, including Workday and SnapLogic

Qualifications

- A minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar position
- Proven expertise in Workday and integration platforms like SnapLogic
- Experience with Agile Methodology and enterprise architecture methodologies
