We are seeking a passionate and skilled Early Morning Barista to join our team at Blue Bottle Coffee's location in Union Station. As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee drinks, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
Core Duties
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of coffee drinks to customers in a timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barista station and work area
- Ensure all equipment is properly cleaned and maintained
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required
Qualifications
- Passion for coffee and a desire to learn about the craft of brewing
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest experiences
- Basic knowledge of coffee equipment and beverage preparation
- Able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
