About the Role
EXL is seeking a Residential High Value Insurance Appraiser to join our team in Idaho City, Idaho. As a key member of our Commercial and personal line insurance carrier network, you will provide essential appraisal services that support underwriting processes through our Castle High Value and EXL Risk Control service offerings.
What You'll Do
- Conduct comprehensive residential property appraisals for high-value insurance policies.
- Ensure all appraisals meet industry standards, regulations, and client requirements.
- Provide detailed reports and documentation to support underwriting decisions.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders including clients, adjusters, and internal teams.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in residential insurance appraisal or related field.
- Strong understanding of property valuation principles and methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
- Proficient in using appraisal software and tools.
- Certified Public Adjuster (CPA) or similar certification preferred but not required.
