About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Verkaufsberater / Fashion Advisor for our store in Konstanz. At NZA New Zealand Auckland, we combine casual fashion with outdoor spirit and sporty elegance. This role involves active customer service with passion and style, presenting collections, and arranging the sales floor. You will also be responsible for cash handling, inventory management, and supporting promotional activities.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Affective customer service with passion and style
- Presentation of the collection and arrangement of the sales floor
- Cashiering and processing payments (POS)
- Inventory management and restocking
- Support in promotions, events, and opening day activities
Requirements
- First experience in retail or sales is advantageous
- A passion for fashion, lifestyle, and outdoor activities
- A friendly, open demeanor and customer service orientation
- Independent working style with a team spirit
- Flexibility including weekends (Saturdays)
