The Opportunity

Bounteous is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. As a key player in our matrixed organization, you will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating large-scale projects that align with the strategic goals of ambitious brands. Your role involves managing multiple internal and external stakeholders, ensuring project success within time and budget constraints.

• Directs complex projects involving various constituents
• Buils collaborative relationships with project stakeholders and team members
• Manages all aspects of the project lifecycle in a matrix environment
• Ensures project results are clearly articulated and deliver high business value
• Rigorously manages scope to meet commitments, time, cost, and quality parameters
• Performs resource capacity analysis and resource plan management with department leadership
• Defines and tracks project milestones while developing project plans

Core Duties

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Planning, directing, and coordinating large-scale projects in a matrixed organization
• Building collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Managing all aspects of the project lifecycle
• Ensuring project results are clearly articulated within scope and delivering high business value
• Rigorously managing scope to meet commitments, time, cost, and quality parameters
• Performing resource capacity analysis and resource plan management in partnership with department leadership
• Defining and tracking project milestones while developing project plans

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• A minimum of 8 years of experience as a Project Manager or similar position
• Experience managing large-scale, complex projects involving multiple internal and external stakeholders
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to build collaborative relationships
• Proven track record in project lifecycle management within a matrixed organization
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage scope, time, cost, and quality parameters rigorously
• Experience performing resource capacity analysis and managing resources effectively
• Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to define and track project milestones
