Senior SAP Hybris Lead

Bounteous invites applications for a Senior SAP Hybris Lead remote contract role serving clients throughout the United States. You will guide enterprise-level SAP Commerce application development and support for a major U.S. client.

The Opportunity

This Senior SAP Hybris Lead contract with Bounteous centers on directing sophisticated Hybris workstreams, mentoring colleagues, and protecting the reliability plus expandability of eCommerce platforms along with the Product Browse application. Remote collaboration is required with schedules that match U.S. business hours to deliver consistent value for the client.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Lead thorough root-cause examinations and apply lasting fixes for urgent incidents and intricate order-flow challenges.
• Plan and deliver hotfixes plus enhancements that may total as many as 100 hours in a given month.
• Evaluate committed code, reinforce sound practices, and instruct junior developers.
• Coordinate with the service delivery manager on governance activities and KPI reporting.
• Guarantee full observance of PCI rules, ADA requirements, and security standards.
• Take part in release planning sessions and change advisory board meetings.
• Train team members on Hybris constructs, Java capabilities, and GraphQL integration patterns.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years developing with SAP Commerce Hybris plus two or more years of technical leadership.
• Mastery of modules covering payment processing, order management, cart and checkout sequences, and the promotion engine.
• Solid command of Java/J2EE, Spring MVC, OCC APIs, and connections to SAP ECC or S4 systems.
• Proven success with performance optimization and diagnosis of complicated Hybris defects.
• Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git, and automated testing frameworks.
• GraphQL familiarity for API-centric integrations.
• Readiness to observe U.S. business hours and join Priority 1 on-call coverage keyed to Arizona time.
