2nd Shift D2C Lead Fulfillment Associate

ShipBob, Inc. is hiring a full-time 2nd Shift D2C Lead Fulfillment Associate in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania to keep direct-to-consumer orders moving accurately through evening and overnight warehouse operations.

About the Role

This on-site, full-time 2nd Shift D2C Lead Fulfillment Associate position is based at 4779 Hanoverville Rd Suite 200, Bethlehem, PA 18020. The scheduled shift runs 5:15pm–4:00am. Pay is $23.00 per hour; the rate depends on shift and may change based on business need. You report to the Area Manager, with the Area Manager, Fulfillment Operations serving as backup. Associates work as a team to deliver a strong experience for merchants’ end customers every day, with clear room for career growth as the company invests in each employee’s development. Key Responsibilities

• Receive customer inventory, complete put-away, accept stock into the system, and communicate arrivals and exceptions.
• Pick items across warehouse processes so product moves quickly and accurately to the next step.
• Pack shipments with care for quality and accuracy, partnering with picking so every order leaves fulfillment ready.
• Handle, store, and distribute products in ways that protect safety, quality, and legality; follow standard operating procedures; flag condition or integrity issues; keep accurate records for traceability; and support continuous improvement and product safety awareness.
• Assist other warehouse areas as needed so overall operations stay efficient.

Skills & Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older; prior warehouse experience is not required.
• Available for scheduled shifts, including overtime and/or weekends when business needs require it, with consistent on-time attendance.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs without restriction; stand and walk continuously for shifts of 8–10 hours; and frequently bend, stoop, reach overhead, push, and pull.
• Willingness to pitch in outside a fixed task list, adapt quickly to change, work with high attention to detail, and learn new processes while spotting operational improvement opportunities.
• Interest in building a career with a growing organization and readiness to take on hands-on fulfillment work.
