Your Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery, motors, conveyors, and related plant assets to reduce unexpected failures.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic problems then complete accurate repairs during 2nd Shift and 3rd Shift coverage.
• Respond promptly to work orders and production calls, restoring equipment to safe working condition with minimal disruption.
• Replace worn components, align units, and perform basic fabrication or adjustment tasks using standard industrial tools.
• Document all maintenance activities clearly and communicate status updates to supervisors and co-workers before shift ends.
• Follow lock-out/tag-out procedures, wear required personal protective equipment, and maintain a clean, organized work area at the Union Springs Plant, Alabama.
• Assist with equipment upgrades or installations as needed and support continuous improvement of reliability practices.

What You Bring

• Solid background performing industrial maintenance technician duties in a manufacturing or plant setting.
• Proficiency diagnosing and repairing mechanical assemblies, electrical circuits, and fluid-power systems.
• Competence with hand tools, power tools, multimeters, and other diagnostic or measurement instruments.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, climb ladders, and work safely in varying plant temperatures or noise levels.
• Willingness and reliability to cover 2nd Shift and 3rd Shift schedules at the Union Springs Plant, Alabama location.
• Strong attention to detail, clear verbal and written communication, and a commitment to teamwork and safety standards.
