- Strong working knowledge of lean manufacturing, continuous improvement methods, and process optimization techniques
- Proficiency with CAD software and experience creating or interpreting manufacturing drawings and specifications
- Familiarity with quality tools such as PFMEA, control plans, and statistical analysis for production decision-making
- Proven ability to troubleshoot equipment and process issues while collaborating across departments
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for presenting recommendations and training others
- Willingness to work full time on site in Devens, MA, supporting active production floors
