What You'll Do

• Direct the overall early childhood program, ensuring safe, engaging, age-appropriate environments and daily routines

• Strong leadership, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills with diverse teams of educators
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities for interacting with staff, families, and community partners
