What You'll Do
Day-to-day contributions of the Service Analyst - Xstore POS (Level 1) include:
- Logging, prioritising and resolving inbound incidents related to Xstore POS software behaviour, payment interfaces and peripheral devices.
- Guiding retail end users through diagnostic steps and temporary work-arounds via telephone, email or remote desktop.
- Recording resolution details and symptoms thoroughly so knowledge bases remain current for the wider support community.
- Identifying recurring patterns and flagging them to Level 2 colleagues or vendor channels for permanent fixes.
- Executing basic health checks on Xstore configurations and confirming successful recovery after maintenance windows.
- Coordinating with store managers and internal technical teams to minimise downtime during peak trading periods.
Requirements
Candidates prepared for the Service Analyst - Xstore POS (Level 1) opening in Bangalore should bring:
