The Sr. IT Project Manager at Tranetechnologies across 3 locations will take ownership of end-to-end delivery for high-priority information technology efforts. You will translate strategic goals into actionable plans, align technical and business partners, and maintain clear visibility into progress so that initiatives finish on schedule and meet defined quality expectations. Core Duties

• Create detailed project charters, schedules, resource plans, and budgets for concurrent IT initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional teams of developers, analysts, infrastructure specialists, and business stakeholders.
• Identify risks early, develop mitigation plans, and escalate issues with recommended solutions.
• Track milestones, prepare status reports, and facilitate steering-committee reviews.
• Apply appropriate project methodologies to keep delivery predictable while allowing necessary flexibility.
• Coordinate vendor and partner activities to integrate third-party contributions smoothly.
• Capture lessons learned and refine processes that improve future project performance.

What We're Looking For

• Substantial hands-on experience directing large-scale IT programs at a senior level.
• Solid command of project management frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) and supporting tools.
• Demonstrated skill in stakeholder communication, conflict resolution, and executive reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, constrain scope creep, and deliver under tight timelines.

• Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related discipline or equivalent professional experience.
