About This Position
As the East Region-Business Performance Improvement - People & Chance - Change Management Associate Director at Roberthalf in 4 locations, you will steer the human side of performance improvement programs. The role centers on shaping change approaches that enable teams to adopt new processes smoothly while reinforcing overall organizational effectiveness. You will operate at a senior level, connecting strategy with practical people enablement so that Business Performance Improvement initiatives deliver sustained value.
Responsibilities
- Craft and oversee change management plans tied to Business Performance Improvement projects within the People & Chance domain
- Partner with East Region leaders to identify stakeholder impacts and sequence communications that support adoption
- Facilitate readiness assessments, coaching sessions, and reinforcement activities that keep people engaged through performance transitions
- Track progress of change milestones, surface resistance early, and adjust tactics so initiatives stay on course
- Mentor project teams on People & Chance principles and build internal capability for future performance improvement efforts
- Align change deliverables with broader business goals to ensure measurable improvement in how work gets done
Who We're Looking For
- Demonstrated leadership experience guiding change management within business performance or transformation settings
- Solid understanding of People & Chance concepts and how they intersect with performance improvement work
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and facilitate cross-functional alignment in the East Region
- Skilled communicator who can translate complex process changes into clear, actionable guidance for diverse audiences
- Analytical mindset for diagnosing adoption barriers and whistle-blowing solutions that protect project momentum
- Comfortable operating as an Associate Director who balances strategy with hands-on change execution
