The AI ML Solution Architect & Developer Senior Manager at Roberthalf in 3 Locations oversees end-to-end creation of artificial intelligence and machine learning platforms that solve complex business challenges. This senior position blends solution design, coding expertise, and people management to deliver robust systems that integrate data pipelines, modeling techniques, and deployment workflows across multiple environments. You will partner with cross-functional groups to translate requirements into production-ready AI ML assets while mentoring technical talent and advocating for responsible, efficient practices throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Design modular, scalable solution architectures suited to machine learning and generative AI workloads
• Lead coding, training, and refinement of advanced models employing contemporary frameworks and libraries
• Direct multi-disciplinary squads of developers and architects through requirements elicitation, prototyping, and release cycles
• Evaluate emerging algorithms, tools, and infrastructure options to keep Roberthalf capabilities competitive
• Establish coding standards, documentation, monitoring, and governance for AI ML assets in production
• Present technical roadmaps and risk assessments to stakeholders while aligning deliverables with organizational priorities at 3 Locations

Qualifications

• Demonstrated mastery of AI and ML solution architecture combined with active coding and model-development skills
• Solid command of programming languages and platforms commonly used for building production machine learning systems
• Proven ability to guide senior technical staff and coordinate complex project workstreams
• Familiarity with cloud-native services, data engineering patterns, and MLOps practices that support reliable deployments
• Strong communication capacity for translating sophisticated technical concepts into clear action plans
• Relevant academic preparation in computer science, data science, or equivalent disciplines that underpins advanced AI ML work
