Position Summary

The IBP Strategy & Transformational Lead at Iherb in Irvine, CA owns the strategic direction of the integrated business planning framework and steers major process and capability transformations. Responsibilities

• Shape and continually refine the overall IBP strategy so that demand, supply, inventory, and financial cycles operate as a single cohesive system
• Design and lead multi-phase transformational programs that modernize planning tools, governance structures, and decision forums
• Facilitate structured cross-functional alignment sessions that surface risks, opportunities, and required trade-offs
• Establish clear success metrics, monitor adoption, and course-correct plans as business conditions evolve
• Partner with senior stakeholders to translate IBP outputs into actionable recommendations that influence annual and multi-year strategies
• Build change-management roadmaps and coaching approaches that accelerate team readiness and sustained use of new methods
• Identify gaps in data, process, or skills and champion practical solutions that raise planning maturity across the organization

Who We're Looking For

• Deep practical experience designing and operating integrated business planning or advanced S&OP frameworks
• Proven ability to lead large-scale transformation efforts that deliver measurable process and performance gains
• Strong analytical capability paired with the skill to simplify complex insights for executives and peer teams
• Excellent facilitation, influencing, and communication strengths that work effectively across diverse functions
• Solid grounding in supply-chain, commercial, or financial planning disciplines acquired through progressive leadership roles
• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, operations, or a closely related field
