Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and adjust inventory levels of clinical supplies to avoid shortages or excesses throughout the overnight period
• Receive incoming shipments, verify contents, and properly store items according to established guidelines
• Restock supply areas and fulfill department requests in a timely manner during the 6:30pm–6:30am shift
• Perform routine cycle counts, check expiration dates, and update inventory records with precision
• Partner with overnight clinical staff to resolve urgent supply needs and discrepancies
• Follow all safety, handling, and documentation protocols for clinical materials

Skills & Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience maintaining inventory accuracy in a supply, warehouse, or similar setting
• Strong attention to detail and organizational ability for packing, stocking, and record-keeping tasks
