What You'll Do

• Ring up sales and process customer payments using cash, card, and digital payment methods
• Welcome customers, answer questions about merchandise and policies, and assist with product information
• Complete returns, exchanges, and refunds accurately and courteously
• Maintain the checkout area with organization and cleanliness throughout your shift
• Monitor item availability and communicate stock concerns to management
• Collaborate with floor and stockroom teams to support efficient store operations
• Protect company assets through adherence to security procedures and loss prevention practices
• Contribute to a positive team environment and help meet store sales objectives
