Director of Operations

Marmon is seeking an experienced Director of Operations to lead operational excellence at our Fort Worth, TX facility. This full-time leadership position offers the opportunity to drive process improvements, optimize team performance, and shape how we deliver results every day.

The Opportunity

As Director of Operations in Fort Worth, you'll own all facets of our operational performance—from production and supply chain through quality assurance and regulatory compliance. This is a strategic role where you'll lead a talented team, identify efficiency gains, implement systems that strengthen productivity, and report directly to senior leadership. Your decisions will directly impact our competitive edge and customer satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across departments, ensuring performance targets and quality standards are consistently achieved
• Develop and execute operational strategies that boost efficiency, reduce costs, and elevate quality outcomes
• Build, mentor, and manage operations teams and supervisory staff
• Establish and maintain safety protocols, regulatory compliance, and industry best practices
• Track key metrics and performance data, translating insights into continuous improvement initiatives
• Align operational goals with broader company strategy through cross-departmental collaboration
• Manage budgets, procurement, resource allocation, and equipment planning

Who We're Looking For

• 7+ years leading operations, manufacturing, or industrial management teams
• Demonstrated success driving operational improvements and leading organizational change
• Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in operations management systems and supply chain
• Solid understanding of quality standards, safety regulations, and compliance requirements
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills with ability to influence across levels
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or related discipline (or equivalent professional experience)
