Key Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers on the showroom floor and respond to sales inquiries promptly
• Conduct thorough vehicle consultations to understand customer needs, budget, and preferences
• Demonstrate Mazda vehicles and highlight features, benefits, and available trim options
• Prepare and present detailed quotes and financing proposals
• Coordinate with finance and management teams to close sales
• Build lasting customer relationships and follow up on leads and referrals
• Maintain accurate sales records and CRM documentation
• Stay current with Mazda product lineup, pricing, and promotions

Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Proven sales experience in automotive, retail, or related field preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
