This independent contractor opportunity in real estate provides straightforward work without transaction management or closing responsibilities. You'll conduct field-based activities—showing properties, hosting open houses, and attending inspections—while maintaining complete autonomy over your schedule. Each property interaction is a separate earning event, with no complex sales processes or administrative overhead. You'll work directly in your market with customers and properties, building income through consistent, professional field work.

Responsibilities

• Conduct residential property showings and customer viewings
• Host and facilitate open house events at listed properties
• Attend property inspections as needed for clients or listing representatives
• Independently manage your calendar and working hours
• Actively engage customers at showings, with particular emphasis on weekend market activity
• Maintain professional communication with buyers, sellers, agents, and market participants
• Use mobile and web-based field tools for property access and schedule coordination
• Pursue professional development through available training programs

What We're Looking For

• Current, valid real estate license for your state with exclusive affiliation as required
• Smartphone, laptop computer, and GPS capability (or ability to obtain these)
• Membership in your local Multiple Listing Service and Realtor Association
• Reliable transportation and availability to travel throughout your service area
