AI Adoption Specialist | Top Secret Required

August Schell seeks an experienced AI Adoption Specialist to drive artificial intelligence integration across enterprise organizations throughout the United States. This full-time position requires active Top Secret clearance and offers the opportunity to lead transformative technology initiatives for mission-critical clients.

As an AI Adoption Specialist at August Schell, you'll be the trusted strategist guiding customers through this complex transformation. Your expertise in enterprise technology, combined with your ability to communicate across technical and business stakeholders, positions you to accelerate AI deployment while minimizing risk and maximizing business impact.

Core Duties

• Evaluate organizational readiness by analyzing data infrastructure, existing technology environments, and strategic priorities to establish AI implementation feasibility
• Build customized AI deployment roadmaps that integrate with organizational goals and technical architecture
• Design and execute proof-of-concept initiatives to validate AI solutions, reduce deployment risk, and establish organizational confidence
• Oversee end-to-end deployment of AI systems, ensuring seamless integration with existing operations and infrastructure
• Develop and deliver training programs and resources that enable internal teams to effectively collaborate with AI technologies
• Monitor AI system performance in production, collect stakeholder feedback, and continuously optimize models and processes for sustained business value

Who We're Looking For

• Active Top Secret clearance (required); Q Clearance strongly preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience at all levels welcome—we value both early-career enthusiasm and seasoned leadership
• Deep understanding of enterprise AI implementation, data architecture, and business transformation
• Strong communication skills with ability to translate complex AI concepts for diverse audiences
• Demonstrated ability to manage technical projects and drive organizational change
