About the Role
As a Team Member, you'll be the face of Shake Shack (A Concourse) to our guests. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that every visit is memorable. Your role will also include maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, as well as preparing food and beverages.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Prepare and serve a variety of menu items, including burgers, shakes, and fries
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant and kitchen areas
- Follow all food safety and hygiene protocols
- Support the team by performing various tasks as needed
