Role Overview

As an Enterprise Sales Development Representative, you'll be at the forefront of our sales efforts, responsible for identifying, researching, and engaging prospective enterprise clients in the Colombian market and beyond. This is a hands-on, full-time position where you'll own the early-stage pipeline development process, working closely with our sales team to establish strong foundations for meaningful business relationships. Your role combines strategic prospecting with relationship-building, requiring both analytical thinking and genuine sales curiosity.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and prospecting to identify enterprise-level prospects aligned with Platzi's solutions and market opportunity
• Develop and execute multi-channel outreach campaigns via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other professional channels
• Qualify leads systematically, assessing business fit, authority, timeline, and budget to ensure quality handoffs to closing teams
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in our CRM system, documenting all interactions and pipeline progression
• Collaborate with sales management to refine targeting strategies and continuously improve prospecting effectiveness
• Meet or exceed pipeline generation targets and activity metrics on a consistent basis
• Stay informed about Platzi's offerings, competitive landscape, and industry trends relevant to your accounts

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales development, business development, or enterprise sales roles
• Strong communication skills in English and Spanish, with ability to convey complex ideas clearly and professionally
• Proficiency with CRM software and sales technologies
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize competing activities
• Resilience and persistence—comfort with rejection as part of the prospecting process
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Based in or willing to work on-site in Bogotá, Colombia
