The Opportunity
This is a full-time Account Manager role based in Solihull, offering the chance to manage and expand relationships with key automotive retail software clients. You'll be responsible for understanding client needs within the automotive retail sector, ensuring they extract maximum value from our SaaS solutions, and identifying opportunities to deepen engagement and grow account revenue. Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture ongoing relationships with assigned automotive retail software and SaaS clients, serving as their primary point of contact
- Understand client business objectives and ensure our solutions align with their operational and strategic goals
- Monitor client health and satisfaction, proactively identifying risks and opportunities for expansion or upsell
- Lead regular business reviews, presenting performance metrics, insights, and recommendations for optimising platform usage
- Collaborate with implementation, support, and product teams to resolve client issues and enhance their experience
- Identify and pursue expansion opportunities within existing accounts, including additional products, users, and services
- Gather and relay client feedback to inform product roadmap and service improvements
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and account progress within our CRM
Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of account management experience, ideally within SaaS, software, or automotive retail sectors
- Proven track record of growing account revenue, managing retention, or driving customer success
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies and ability to recognise and pursue expansion opportunities
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the confidence to manage executive-level relationships
- Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and translate them into business value for clients
- Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple accounts simultaneously
- Proficiency with CRM systems and business intelligence tools
