Bosch Group is seeking a Design Engineer or Executive (Design) to join our engineering team in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. This is a full-time position based on-site at our Ahmedabad facility.

About This Position

We are looking for a talented Design Engineer or Design Executive to contribute to innovative engineering projects within the Bosch Group. In this role, you will take ownership of design initiatives that support our product development and manufacturing operations. You'll work within our engineering department, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet our quality standards and customer requirements. Responsibilities

• Develop and refine engineering designs and technical specifications for products and components
• Conduct design analysis, validation, and testing to ensure compliance with industry standards and company requirements
• Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and product teams to translate design concepts into production-ready solutions
• Prepare technical documentation, drawings, and reports to support engineering projects
• Participate in design reviews and provide recommendations for continuous improvement
• Support troubleshooting efforts and implement design modifications when necessary
• Contribute to cost optimisation and efficiency improvements in design processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related discipline
• Proven experience in design engineering, product development, or technical design roles
• Proficiency with CAD software and design tools
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, tolerancing, and material properties
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work effectively in team environments and communicate technical concepts clearly
• Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations
