We're seeking a Project Manager (m/w/d) specializing in material handling, drying systems, and custom industrial solutions. This role offers the chance to lead complex technical projects for international clients across automotive, food processing, chemical, pharmaceutical, and construction sectors.

As a project manager, you'll take ownership of customer-specific installations from concept through delivery, working directly with clients across multiple countries and continents.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for complex, customized material handling and processing systems
• Collaborate closely with national and international clients throughout project lifecycles
• Develop and present cost-optimized product improvements and innovations that deliver customer value
• Provide technical consultation to clients and distribution partners on system applications and capabilities
• Conduct value analysis to ensure products maintain strong market relevance
• Manage worldwide project travel as required

What We're Looking For

• Education: Completed degree in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, or comparable qualification
• Experience: Multiple years in project management or similar technical leadership role
• Technical skills: Strong proficiency in 2D/3D CAD software
• Languages: Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
• Industry knowledge: Experience with bulk material handling is advantageous but not required
• Work style: Autonomous, self-directed approach with proven ability to work independently
• Client engagement: Comfortable with direct customer contact and intercultural communication
• Travel: Willingness to travel internationally
