In this position, you will work directly with students to help them understand course requirements, manage assignment timelines, and develop effective approaches to their online coursework. You'll serve as a trusted advisor who helps learners stay on track with their academic responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one consultation to students enrolled in online courses
• Help students interpret course expectations and assignment instructions
• Guide learners in organizing their academic tasks and managing deadlines
• Assist students in developing personalized study plans and time management strategies
• Support students in approaching coursework with improved clarity and structure
• Track student progress and provide follow-up guidance as needed

What We're Looking For
