Responsibilities

- Mentor and develop team members, fostering knowledge-sharing and professional growth within the engineering team
- Collaborate with product, design, and operations teams to translate business requirements into robust technical implementations

- Contribute to system design documentation, technical planning, and roadmap definition
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of professional full-stack development experience with proven track record shipping production systems
