What You'll Do

• Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate client meetings for attorneys and practice staff
• Prepare and maintain legal documents, files, and case materials with meticulous attention to detail
• Answer phones, greet clients, and handle general reception duties in a professional manner
• Organize and format legal documents for proceedings and ensure proper filing protocols
• Process invoices, track time entries, and support billing and financial record-keeping
• Coordinate with courts, opposing counsel, and clients to ensure timely communication
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in practice management systems
• Assist attorneys and paralegals with research and case preparation tasks
