Position Summary

You'll be the welcoming presence members encounter when they arrive at our facility, setting the tone for their fitness experience. In this part-time role, your primary focus is fostering a positive environment where every interaction—whether with longtime members, prospective joiners, or guests—reinforces our commitment to inclusivity and support.

Your Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome members, prospective members, and guests with genuine warmth and professionalism
• Manage front desk operations during assigned weekend shifts, including check-ins and facility access
• Answer membership inquiries and provide information about facility amenities, programs, and pricing
• Conduct orientation tours for new or prospective members interested in joining
• Respond to member questions and resolve concerns with a helpful, solution-focused approach
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk area and support facility safety and cleanliness standards
• Assist with membership-related transactions and support member retention initiatives
