About the Role
This Travel Cath Lab Technologist position is a 13-week contract based in Modesto, California, placed through SalviaCore Solutions. The assignment begins as soon as possible and follows a schedule of five 8-hour shifts per week. This is a full-time, on-site role — remote work is not available.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist physicians during cardiac catheterization and interventional procedures in a hospital cath lab setting
- Operate and maintain specialized imaging and monitoring equipment throughout procedures
- Prepare and position patients while ensuring safety and comfort during invasive cardiovascular studies
- Monitor patient vitals and respond appropriately to changes during procedures
- Maintain accurate procedural documentation and comply with facility protocols
Qualifications
- Current certification and/or licensure as required for Cath Lab Technologists in California
- Prior hands-on experience in a cardiac catheterization laboratory environment
- Ability to begin the assignment immediately (ASAP start)
- Comfortable working within a fast-paced, high-acuity clinical setting
