Outlet Store Leader

Restoration Hardware is hiring an Outlet Store Leader for our Cherry Hill location in Camden County. This is a full-time opportunity to lead operations at a destination retail outlet that serves customers across the Northeast with thoughtfully curated home furnishings and design pieces.

Your Responsibilities

• Direct all aspects of store operations, from opening through closing, ensuring consistent execution of company standards
• Lead, develop, and motivate your team to deliver exceptional service and achieve sales goals
• Manage inventory, including receiving, merchandising, and markdown decisions aligned with outlet strategy
• Create and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming shopping environment that reflects brand standards
• Drive customer satisfaction through thoughtful service and expertise in product quality and design
• Monitor financial performance, control expenses, and contribute to profitability targets
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and operational procedures

Requirements

• Proven experience leading retail store operations or supervisory roles in home furnishings, luxury goods, or comparable retail environments
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to motivate teams, develop talent, and foster positive workplace culture
• Comfort with point-of-sale systems, inventory software, and retail metrics
• Sound judgment regarding merchandising, inventory management, and customer relations
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekdays, weekends, and seasonal periods
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
