About This Position

This full-time travel assignment runs for 13 weeks, beginning August 10, 2026, with a commitment of 40 hours per week on a day shift schedule. You'll work 10-hour shifts providing direct patient care in a fast-paced acute care environment. This is an ideal opportunity for registered nurses seeking travel placements with predictable scheduling and established facility partnerships.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Monitor and assess post-operative patients as they recover from anesthesia, tracking vital signs and physical status
- Manage pain and nausea through medication administration and supportive interventions
- Communicate patient status changes to surgical teams and physicians
- Document patient recovery progress and nursing interventions in medical records
- Prepare patients for discharge or transfer to inpatient units
- Maintain infection control and safety protocols within the PACU environment

- Current RN licensure in Tennessee
