Accounting Clerk

About the Role

As an Accounting Clerk at Morgan Auto Group, you'll provide essential support to our finance operations across our South Florida locations, including our Coconut Creek and West Palm Beach facilities. Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Record and process financial transactions, invoices, and purchase orders
• Maintain accurate accounting records and support the general ledger
• Reconcile accounts and verify transaction accuracy
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
• Prepare and file financial documents and reports
• Support month-end closing procedures and reconciliation
• Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal teams regarding accounting matters
• Assist with data entry and basic accounting administrative tasks

Qualifications

• Basic accounting knowledge or relevant training
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and general computer skills
• Ability to work accurately with numerical data
• Reliable, professional, and communicative
• Automotive industry experience is a plus
